Holiday and weather may delay a package delivery. Holiday shipping can also create some delays, be aware of shipping dates when ordering.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After placing an order, you should recieve an order confirmation email. If you do not, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a copy of your order. Once item has been fullfilled, we will make every effort to send tracking information to the customer.

Customs, duties, and taxes

DownRiggersLLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

DownRiggersLLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
